Freedom Park
Freedom Park is located in Myers Park and in addition to tennis & volleyball courts, softball and soccer fields, this lovely lake is a popular place to visit on pretty afternoons. The park is adjacent to the Nature Museum and the Greenway.
City of Trees
Charlotte is known for its stately oak trees. Queens Road West, which runs through the heart of Myers Park, was double planted with these trees when the neigbhorhood was first developed.
